Dulux Colour Forecast 2024

Background

Every year Dulux launch their Colour Forecast, a curated collection of upcoming trending colours in paint and interior design. The launch consists of one large campaign encompassing all upcoming colour palettes, followed by several seasonal campaigns each showcasing one colour palette.

As part of the campaigns, Dulux require a suite of creative outputs for use across its marketing and advertising endeavours on Meta, Pinterest, digital and EDM promoting the campaign. The main objective of the campaigns is to reinforce Dulux as a leader in all things colour, while generating excitement with consumers and specifiers and abiding by its brand guidelines.

Approach

Creative outputs were produced that abided by Dulux established brand guidelines and tone of voice. The inherited campaign stills are the heroes in the static and video outputs, and helpful colour and styling tips are incorporated into appropriate outputs to offer educational information to the audience.

Programmatic, organic and paid social deliverables are designed in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, as well as storyboards for video-based deliverables. Video-based outputs are made in Adobe Premiere Pro.
