Background
Following their on-screen partnership on Studio 10, Jessica Rowe AM and Denise Drysdale set out to extend their chemistry beyond morning television. The result was One Fat Lady & One Thin Lady — a comedy and lifestyle podcast designed to share their friendship, humour, and candid conversations with a broader audience.

Approach
I led production across multiple recording sessions throughout 2018, working closely with Jessica and Denise to ensure the content remained authentic to their voices and dynamic. Conversations were talent-led, allowing for a natural, unscripted tone that reflected their on-screen relationship.
Post-production was finalised in collaboration with audio specialists Purple Wax, who were engaged to deliver sound design and polish the final episodes.
The podcast generated strong buzz across digital and broadcast channels, and was featured by Apple Australia as a recommended female-led podcast in its 2019 International Women’s Day collection.
